Our service
Flood Zone San Diego is an independent referral service for San Diego County homeowners and renters. We are not a restoration contractor and do not perform restoration, mold, plumbing or construction work. When you request help, we connect you with one or more independent, licensed restoration professionals. They are separate businesses, responsible for their own work, estimates, pricing, licensing, insurance and warranties. Our service is free to homeowners; we may be paid by the professionals we refer you to. See our Disclosure.
