About Flood Zone San Diego

Flood Zone San Diego is an independent water damage help and referral site for San Diego County. We publish clear, sourced information for homeowners and connect them with vetted, licensed local restoration professionals. We are not a restoration contractor.

Why we built this

When water is pouring through a ceiling, people search on their phones and find sites that are mostly a phone number. They don't explain what to do first, what it might cost, or whether insurance will help. We wanted one place that answers those questions honestly, then helps you reach a qualified local pro.

What we do

• Publish first-hour guidance, cost information and insurance explanations, with sources and review dates.
• Write local pages about each San Diego County community we serve.
• Connect homeowners with independent, licensed restoration professionals.

What we don't do

• We don't perform restoration work.
• We don't claim offices or locations we don't have.
• We don't post fake reviews or ratings.
• We don't give legal or insurance advice. Our guides are general information.
